After over 20 years and innumerous sailing trips which took him as far as Ravenna (... sea miles) and valencia (... sea miles), he founded Oceani 3000, an association for people not only share this love for sailing, but also want to get out and "feel" different types of sea and weather, maybe the thrill of the tides (which in the mediterranean is negligible) or participate in huge international events, such as the Tall Ships in 2000.
This new endeavour of his brings him to the Arctic, where he is combining his sailing skills and experience with his love for the North, which he first experienced in Denmark in the three years spent there with his job in the 80's.
