It is now over 40 years that Mariele has been sailing, paritally following Nanni in all his trips in the most different seas and latitudes, but also leading the crew, especially in strong wind and difficult steering situations, that is where she shows her strongest skill and experience.
Not only is she an invaluable technical help, she is the key that holds the atmosphere together and joyful. Full of humor and enthusiasm, she is known to have passed on her passion for sailing to many people by now.
